What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When interacting or registering on our site you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, mailing address or other details to help you with your experience.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, meet us at events respond to a survey, fill out a form, request an appointment using our on-line tool, use Live Chat or enter information on our site.
How do we use your information?

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to:
- Send information, respond to enquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
- Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original communication has occurred.
To be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following:

- Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance if one is used.
- Honour opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.

Access, Change or Delete Your Personal Information
We use both local and third-party databases to store your preferential information and contact details. If you would like to request to review, correct, update or delete information that you have previously provided us, please contact us via channels noted below.
In your request, please make it clear what information you would like to change, whether you would like to have your information deleted from our database, if there are any limitations you would like to add to our use of your information, or simply any changes to your preferences. For your protection, we may need you to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will always try to comply with your request as soon as possible.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion.
